The headquarter including the administration is located in Hamburg. To be on time and to ensure the most convenient and flexible supply, Fude + Serrahn is producing in their three own dairies located throughout Germany.

The sales and procurement is managed by the headquarter in Hamburg and the offices in Borken and Nice.

Our factories and products:

Berlin: butter, yoghurt and ayran
Gransee: milkpowders, UHT-milk, lactic quarg and several liquid raw materials
Erfurt: butter

Molkerei Niesky GmbH
Niesky: Edamer, Gouda, Emmentaler in loaves & bllocks, Mozzarella in rolls, Cagliata, Trappista, Kashkaval
Olbernhau: Cheddar block and drums with 180 kg
